I liked welcoming and amazing employees!
I had 2 nights in Great Malvern, spending the time here lovely. The standard queen room I got was included with views towards the Malvern Hills, the terrace below until very late too, for instance. The food was savoury and there were lots of dishes in the menu. It was right by the pub, restaurant, centre, magnificent and peaceful location overall. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Nero, they had some goodies, drinks.

The hotel is in a perfect and unbeatable location, right in the centre of Great Malvern with stunning views across the valley. It's conveniently located next door to the school and train station, as well as shops and supermarkets.

Great antique furnishings, location and having a pub with drinks and a good old fashioned English breakfast was definitely a bonus!
Could be modernized a little but I can't hate on this place for that. It was great value for money!
